I believe I’ve been doing this sacred work long before I ever had the words for it. From a very young age, I was drawn to energy and frequency, deeply intrigued by the unseen forces that shape how we feel, connect, and move through life. I could sense people’s emotions without them saying a word, and I innately understood perspectives from all sides, often acting as a quiet guide even when I didn’t realize it.

Growing up amidst trauma, I learned to find light in the spaces that allowed me to shine. My intuition became my compass, helping me navigate pain, question norms, and explore life from a place of curiosity rather than fear. I was always asking “why?”—not to challenge, but to understand more deeply. The longing to see the whole picture and hold space for all of it—light and shadow—has stayed with me ever since.

Over time, I came to see that what once felt like survival skills were actually sacred gifts. My sensitivity, my deep listening, and my ability to feel and hold energy became integral to my energy healing practice. These were not burdens, but tools for healing. Now, I use these gifts intentionally in my sacred sessions, helping others reconnect with their own inner wisdom, clear what no longer serves, and remember the truth of who they are.
